What exercise equipment can I use to lose rear legs oil?

**I have back rolls and I want to lose them, but I don't want my put a bet on to get wider. Help please! :)

Theres a machine at my gym that i use to bring back rid of my "lovehandles" and "muffintops" that is starting to show some results. Its called the Rotary Torso. You can choose the mass that you can handle and you turn from left to right as far as possible. Its kinda firm to explain how it works. you can try google it or look if theres a vid on youtube.
