Does you arm(s) shift numb at night when you're sleeping?
Do they tingle when you use a mouse for extended periods of time?
If so, it's more than potential Carpal Tunnel.
You will need to see an orthopedic doctor to determine for sure.
Sometimes it can be treated with meds, appendage braces, etc.
Extreme cases will require surgery to correct.
