What are some apt places that stamp metal into a form?

I am looking for a place in So-cal that could stamp out Vw bumpers. For example they place a piece of sheetmetal and this huge weight stamps down onto it to form an idea (bumper). Thanks,Tyler

Any large sheet metal shop can do this. Setup charges shouldn't cost more than $250,000 or so. THINK ABOUT IT! You don't just embezzle a piece of steel and stamp out a bumber. First a mold has to be made. Then a negative of the mold. Then solid steel stamping forms. Then a stamping apparatus has to be modified for that shape. Which means that it is any dedicated forever to that form, or each and every time it is used it must once again be setup for that specific position. And then there's the trimming, sanding, and finishing process (priming, drawing, etc.)

bottom line is... IT AIN'T CHEAP!
