Whats the cheapest Drill Press or Lathe I can gain?

I need to find a cheap drill press/lathe. Where can i find one? Im not like building a house or anything, i lately need one. Dont ask why lol.

I'd like it to be small as possible too, considering I dont own a shop to put it contained by or anything. All i really have is my basement/attic/closet.

But size isnt the MAIN issue, price is. I just requirement it to do its job. Thats it, nothing fancy. So whats the cheapest Drill Press or Lathe I can obtain?
harbor freight. good tools for around the house. not good for unwieldy duty use.
Would look for liquidations, floor models or factory refurb "name" brands before going "cheap"
Woodlathes are relatively inexpensive but even a small "machine " lathe can cost a few $$$.
As mentioned, the discount houses similar to Harbor Freight may have something suitable for your uses.,,,for a while.
