I enjoy a Consew CP-146R Semi Industrial Machine--clutch keep disengaging.?

Of course when you bend the needle, or go through something opening too thick it's supposed to do this. HOWEVER, it started happening more and more and won't even sew what it's supposed to any more. I denote it will, but every inch or so at time, the clutch disenges and I either have to tighten it up or roll the joystick a bit to get it going again. It happens to much my fingers are sore! I enjoy changed the needle, oiled and cleaned the mechanism, etc. Belt tension feels immaculate and I am not sewing anything all that thick for it to do this. HELP?!?

Not au fait with this machine. Sounds close to your clutch needs adjusting or replacing. This type of clutch is a adjectives application and most are adjustable. Try to tighten the adjustment if there is one or look at possibly replacing the clutch... it could be worn out. Hope this helps.
