Is in attendance special fishing equipment for a creature near amputated hand?

My friend was in a alarming accident and had to own his hands amputated.For a long time we have talk on how i would love for him to go deep the deep fishing with me in baja but immediately that this happened im wondering how i can set it up for him to experience it.

I have seen 'barbeque tong' types used, a line friend lost his arm in woodworking machinery in the 70's, and the replacement operate off shoulder muscles. I always joke with him he could always cook the barbeque!
