I am debut a restaurant and I am looking for commercial cooking equipment. What is the best place to buy?

I need to buy: Combi Oven, Braising Pan, Microwave Oven, Convection Ovens, Fryer, Steamer, Oven and Ranges.

With so many restaurants opening and afterwards closing within less than a year within are tons of barely used equipment for sale contained by classified ads, ebay, and craigslist-I live in a small town where on earth a small cafe opened w/ all used equipment (I met the owner who told me) so he started out w/ no debt. I would check into that unless you want brand foreign equipment. If not the yellow pages will report you where to buy commercial grade equipment contained by your area.
